Tutoring

The Mathlab is open to students in the classes Math E, 835, 840, 850, and 855. Students in other classes (Math 860, etc.) should go to the Learning Assistance Center (LAC) on the second floor of the library for math help.

Getting tutoring here is easy! Just follow the steps below:

1. Find the Mathlab.
2. If it is your first visit in any given semester, fill out the referral form near the door.
3. Every time you enter, log in using the computer, using your City College ID number. This is important because this is how we get our funding!
4. When you have a question, raise your hand and a friendly tutor will help you out.
5. When you leave, remember to log out.

Now if only math itself were so easy!
